About Us

The genesis and aspiration for creation of this firm has been derived from the ideologies of my illustrious father, Late His Lordship the Hon’ble Justice Gorachand De. It was his reverie to create the new concept of Law Clinic for reaching out to people’s problem at the threshold of their Homes. Primarily with these projections, a concept of formation of a Firm was initiated far back in the year 2000 which was materialised with the aid of a colleague of mine (name withheld on request) in 2013 in the name and style of THE MIDAS TOUCHÉ GROUP. Varied progress in the fields of litigations, non-litigations, arbitration, mediation and legal advises has been progressed through this Firm. I had the opportunity to learn and work with big Illuminaries and Senior Advocates of this Country like Late Sudish Dasgupta, Shakti Nath Mukherjee, Late Shyama Prasanna Roy Choudhury, Mrinal Kanti Das, Saptansu Basu and many others. As decades pass by, this Firm is enlarging into contributing to the Society, by prospering in various other fields too. In the course of doing Legal Justice to the Society the needs for proper education alongwith enlightening individuals to progress in the fields of art and culture is a mandatory requisite. Thus with enhancement of Law N Order, other wings flourished to excel in redering best education through its wing Educare and other culttural activties like photography videography, painting, modelling and creating Divas Worldwide through its special Wing named Innovate. Slowly incorporating other Partners for proper administration of the Firm shows that this Firm has been successful in reaching out people's heart.
